The service diagnosis to my heater was professionally assessed and delivered. However, I opted not to move forward with the repairs as my use of the upstairs unit is secondary to my downstairs unit.

12/3/2024Today my husband and I had the pleasure to meet Mr.Christian Dorner for a service call about our Heater. After checking the unit and answering all our questions. He called Mr. Hunter to come over to give a second opinion. My husband and I was very pleased with both gentlemen they answered all our questions. They both was very patient and explained everything very clearly even when I asked the same questions. My husband and I agreed to hire H&E company to replace the system. It was truly a pleasure meeting and speaking with them both very nice and respectful gentlemen keep them very good energy is good for the business 😊 ☺️.

Very professional. Hunter and the gentleman with him explained what they were doing and what the outcome of the procedure ment. They answered my questions straightforward without the nonsense you so often hear when someone is trying to sell you their product. I was impressed with these two young men and their knowledge, and I don't impress easily.
