Quick, efficient, and left me feeling more knowledgeable about my unit. I'm a family and he warm and welcoming to my family. My grandkids didn't deter him from his work. I make an effort to support family companies. I look forward to seeing him and his team next year for my maintenance.*They offer financing to cover repairs so ask if this still available

Very pleasant and knowledgeable young technician attended a complimentary inspection. He explained what the data meant on his instruments and recommended some regassing with an additive for minor leak prevention. Thanks for the advice and prompt attention.

I started using H&E last year. I am quite satisfied with the company and their technicians. Hunter is very professional, quite efficient, and thorough. He was able to explain things to me and make me aware of things that needed to be performed on my system. I would recommend H&E for your AC heating needs as well as the technician Hunter.

Chris was phenomonial! He was very professional and knowledgable. He explained everything to me and broke it down . I feel he should be commended for going above and beyond . He was professionally dressed in his uniform as well. He provided pictures to ease my conerns also.

We were in a bind with our AC not working properly. Called H&E and they had a technician at our house in 2 hours. Richard was courteous and explained the issue in complete detail. We could not have been more satisfied!

The electrican Thomas spotted a out dated electrical panel at my home he probably saved my home from catching fire.he replaced the panel and did an excellent job,very professional the job welldone.

H&E has twice serviced my home (for my heating and cooling systems), and they were fantastic! Their staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough—they took the time to properly diagnose the issues with my appliances and also fully explain the issues to me so that I felt satisfied with their approach to solving them. It’s nice to feel like you have quality support, especially for such crucial components of your home. Would definitely recommend them!

I'm giving a rating of 100% I had my AC serviced with H &E Comfort Services and Richard was the Service Guy that came out and was I am beyond pleased with his expertise. Great Guy who knows the business. I will be continuing service with H & E Comfort Services.Jared the Supervisor was notified of an issue Richard ran across and he was a 100% He was able to explain a few different options and I'm truly pleased with services.

Good morning I am so satisfied with this company I didn’t realize that they is a company that actually believes in customer service .i had my central unit replaced Chris and Colin worked so quietly at times I had to go to the attic stairs and they were working diligently the time they gave me of completing the installation was on time. Mr Hunter is a thorough gentleman with details to attention . He explains in detail what he is doing and his price quotes are reasonable from customers point of view .I was served right and even though my system is still not on after his service due to the fact motor on the compressor needs to be ordered.
