I started using H&E last year. I am quite satisfied with the company and their technicians. Hunter is very professional, quite efficient, and thorough. H&E has twice serviced my home (for my heating and cooling systems), and they were fantastic! Their staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough—they took the time to properly diagnose the issues with my appliances and also fully explain the issues to me so that I felt satisfied with their approach to solving them. It’s nice to feel like you have quality support, especially for such crucial components of your home. Would definitely recommend them!

I'm giving a rating of 100% I had my AC serviced with H &E Comfort Services and Richard was the Service Guy that came out and was I am beyond pleased with his expertise. Great Guy who knows the business. Good morning I am so satisfied with this company I didn’t realize that they is a company that actually believes in customer service .i had my central unit replaced Chris and Colin worked so quietly at times I had to go to the attic stairs and they were working diligently the time they gave me of completing the installation was on time.
