12/3/2024Today my husband and I had the pleasure to meet Mr.Christian Dorner for a service call about our Heater. After checking the unit and answering all our questions. He called Mr. Hunter to come over to give a second opinion. My husband and I was very pleased with both gentlemen they answered all our questions. They both was very patient and explained everything very clearly even when I asked the same questions. My husband and I agreed to hire H&E company to replace the system. It was truly a pleasure meeting and speaking with them both very nice and respectful gentlemen keep them very good energy is good for the business 😊 ☺️.

The salesman was Great.The pricing was about $4,500more than the competitor and they want me to deal with N.O. City Hall for the permits. None of the 4 other companies I got quotes from required that; they were going to take care of the permits.

He was called in as the "expert" to assess the duct work and air flow that were of interest due to some questionable pressure readings.
