Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven Electrician to join our team. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to all incoming calls and emails regarding electrical services.
  • Identify and capitalize on sales leads during customer interactions.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information regarding electrical services, products, and pricing.
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently, offering timely and effective solutions.
  • Maintain organized records of customer interactions and service requests.
  • Adhere to communication protocols and company policies while interacting with customers.
  • Demonstrate agility in problem-solving and quick thinking to resolve customer issues related to electrical services and products.
  • Uphold a courteous and professional demeanor in all customer interactions, ensuring a positive customer experience at all times.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • A valid driver’s license
  • Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills
  • Ability to use hand tools and power tools
