Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of customers’ comfort needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed explanations of various HVAC products, services, and solutions to customers.
- Collaborate with customers to design customized comfort systems tailored to their specific requirements.
- Conduct thorough inspections of existing HVAC systems and recommend appropriate upgrades or replacements as needed.
- Generate accurate estimates and quotes for HVAC installations, repairs, and maintenance services.
- Follow up with customers to address any questions or concerns and ensure satisfaction with proposed solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to HVAC systems and comfort solutions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A valid driver’s license
- Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferred, and preferably within the HVAC industry.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and principles of thermal comfort.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
