Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Comfort Advisor to join our team. The Comfort Advisor position is open for individuals passionate about enhancing the comfort and well-being of our customers. Our ideal candidate is customer-oriented and possesses exceptional communication skills.

A Comfort Advisor in our team will be responsible for providing comprehensive guidance and information to our customers regarding HVAC systems and comfort solutions. Therefore, we are looking for someone who excels in verbal and written communication and can maintain a patient and upbeat demeanor throughout interactions. If you are enthusiastic about improving the comfort of others and possess the requisite skills, we encourage you to apply for this position.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of customers’ comfort needs and preferences.
  • Provide detailed explanations of various HVAC products, services, and solutions to customers.
  • Collaborate with customers to design customized comfort systems tailored to their specific requirements.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of existing HVAC systems and recommend appropriate upgrades or replacements as needed.
  • Generate accurate estimates and quotes for HVAC installations, repairs, and maintenance services.
  • Follow up with customers to address any questions or concerns and ensure satisfaction with proposed solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to HVAC systems and comfort solutions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • A valid driver’s license
  • Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferred, and preferably within the HVAC industry.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and principles of thermal comfort.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
