I have not made my decision yet but have been doing my due diligence with comparing my options & estimates from other companies. So far H&E are in the middle with pricing and as for courtesy & professionalism Chris was absolutely wonderful to work with and that is an important part of my decision, especially when my final decision will involve and long relationship with whom ever I choose.

Riley is easy to communicate with. She possesses urgency and makes you and your needs important. Our technician, Richard is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He serviced our system and brought a few items to our attention that required additional service. He is very informative and helped us understand more about our HVAV system. Excellent Service!! Every person that I spoke to over the phone was very nice and helpful! Every person that came out to do any services for us, specifically Richard, Chris, Thomas, and Josh, were not only knowledgeable but also kind and personable!! Throughout the whole process, they were all very transparent about the issues, provided photos and explanations, and let us know about all repair/replace options! My technician, Richard, was very professional, thorough, and respectful. And he explained the service he performed to me in a knowledgeable manner. He also went over annual service plans available and suggested an additional overflow safety device that would protect my system and shut it off.I was very pleased with his service, even more today where good service is scares across industries. The technician, Richard Ory was courteous and professional. He analyzed my problem quickly and resolved it with minimal difficulty. My only reason for rating the overall experience a 4 was because I didn't think the charge would as high as it turned out to be. I called your company based on my 2 previous experiences where everything was in line and very acceptable. He was here for half an hour, blew out my drainusing nitrogen, tested it, and was done. I was stunned to find that my bill was over $400.00. Previously I found your charges to be fair and commensurate to the time and complexity of the job. This is why I called you again. Maybe I'm just not aware of the cost of nitrogen.

In the middle of a summer heat wave, on a Friday, I thought it would be a long shot at getting service, I was wrong. The person who received my call was professional, courteous, and very thorough when taking my call. The service technician who came to my home was also very professional and courteous. I can’t say enough about how positive my experience was with these guys! Brandon, took care of educating me to what the difference between all of the possible scenarios (mini split vs replacing my AC system) and his estimate came in at the exact same price as 2 other companies that had priced it already! He was able to get the whole project financed with a monthly payment under $180!Two days later, Kane and Jason (the company sends you a picture of the technician they are sending.) arrive and remove and replace my system and the system of my next door neighbor! (We are in a condo 4-plex) The entire ordeal took 2 days and I couldn’t be HAPPIER!!! Kane and Brandon have checked back in on my neighbor (who has some physical restrictions) to make sure he can work his new equipment without stress.Oh, and this was all done the week before Mardi Gras 2023 and I live on an Uptown parade route. These guys are amazing!
